Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing Time
Orders are usually prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days from the moment they are placed. During periods of high order volume or promotional campaigns, processing time may be slightly extended.
2. Delivery Time
Delivery time depends on the destination country and the selected delivery method. An estimated delivery date is displayed during checkout after selecting the shipping destination and carrier.
3. Delivery Countries
We deliver to many countries. The list of available countries is visible in the checkout form when selecting the delivery location. If your country is not on the list, please contact our customer service team.
4. Shipping Cost
Shipping costs depend on:
- the delivery country,
- the type of shipment,
- the weight of the order.
Detailed information about shipping costs can be found:
- on the product page of each item,
- in the shopping cart – after selecting the delivery location and method, the total shipping cost will be displayed.
5. Shipment Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, tracking becomes available. You can find your tracking number in your customer account on our store. Use it to check the current location of your parcel on the carrier's website.
6. Delivery Methods
Delivery to the door:
- Poczta Polska – Registered priority international parcel service (shipping from Poland to other countries)
- Poczta Polska EMS – for other countries
- UPS Saver
- UPS Standard
