Akita AK 304 is a barbed hook for heavy streamers and strong fishing. Its straight, slightly extended shank supports larger flies for pike, taimen and sea trout, as well as tandem constructions and saltwater patterns.

Design and use

The straight eye provides a clear connection point for conventional streamers and flies with an extended profile. The slightly extended shank gives tying room for the body, tail and bulkier materials without requiring an extremely long pattern. Its reinforced construction is suited to heavier rigs and firm fly control. The black-nickel finish gives the hook a dark appearance that works with a wide range of streamer designs.
