Akita AK 306 SS Fly Hooks (10)
Akita AK306 SS (10) is a Carlisle hook with a curved shape, ringed eye and long shank. Made from stainless steel, it is suited to strong streamer, salmon and saltwater patterns that need an extended tying platform for a longer body or profile.
Design and use
The curved shape and long shank let the materials be distributed over a greater length, making it practical for elongated streamer silhouettes. The ringed eye provides a conventional leader connection. When planning a pattern, proportion the body and tail to the available shank and keep clear working space around the eye and point.
