Aqua Lake Polarized Fishing Sunglasses
Aqua Lake is a lightweight pair of polarised fishing sunglasses with a wraparound, panoramic format. Its large rectangular lenses and broad temples provide useful side coverage, while the medium-face fit and 20 g weight suit long sessions by the water. The black-palladium TR90 nylon frame also features non-slip nose pads for a steadier fit.
Polarised lenses reduce glare reflected from water and other flat surfaces, improving contrast and making subsurface detail easier to observe when light and water clarity allow. The PL versions use lightweight TAC lenses with a scratch-resistant surface treatment. The amber Polar Chromic lens combines polarisation with photochromic transmission: Aqua states that it reaches maximum light absorption after 30 seconds in sunlight. The manufacturer also declares full UV protection for these fishing lenses.

- Choose yellow for shade, low light or dusk; brown or grey is better suited to strong daylight.
- Blue- and gold-mirror coatings are intended for very bright conditions; clean the lenses with a microfibre cloth and store them in a case.
