Dk. Green Scud

Dk. Green Scud is a weighted nymph imitating a scud, a small crustacean that forms an important part of fish diet. It suits slower river sections, areas around vegetation and bends, as well as lakes and other stillwaters where scuds are plentiful.

Fish it low, either on a dead drift or with a slow retrieve and pauses. It can be fished on its own or as the lower fly in a rig. The barbless hook makes releasing trout and grayling easier.
