Dr Slick Elastic Necklace
Dr Slick Elastic Necklace is an adjustable fishing lanyard designed to keep essential fly-fishing accessories organised and within easy reach. Its elastic shock cord is combined with a padded collar section for comfortable wear, while the distributed holders reduce the need to search through vest or pack pockets when changing a fly, tippet or rig.
The lanyard comes with a tippet spool caddy, two RPD retractors, a floatant holder and a waterproof fly box. Frequently used tools, such as nippers or a clamp, can be attached to the retractors so that they remain secured while still extending into a convenient working position. Compression O-ring clips allow attached equipment to be moved or rearranged as required.
A 10 lb break-away safety connector allows the lanyard to separate under load. Shirt clips help control unwanted movement when deep wading, bending over or fishing from a small watercraft. This layout provides a practical alternative to a fully loaded fishing vest when only a focused selection of tackle and tools is required.
