FFGene Chinchilla Cock Saddles

FFGene Chenchilla Cock Saddles are loose cock saddle feathers with a distinctive chinchilla colour pattern. Their long, slender form suits medium-sized and large flies, especially streamers and saltwater patterns. Individual feathers can be selected for the intended profile, while the fibres serve in hackles, tails and wing elements.

Construction and use

Saddle feathers create an elongated silhouette with clear colour contrast. In streamers they form tails, side strips or additional colour accents; in saltwater flies they help build a fuller profile. The natural assortment contains feathers with varied lengths and fibre widths, allowing the material to be matched to a particular pattern.
