FFGene Fishing Net Curl Cord

FFGene Fishing Net Curl Cord is a coiled tether designed to secure a landing net to a fishing vest, pack, bag or another suitable attachment point. It reduces the risk of the net being left behind or lost while moving between swims, yet keeps it connected and ready to use when required.

The cord measures 28 cm in its compact, coiled form and extends to a maximum length of 1 m. Its curled construction keeps the loose length under control during transport, while the available extension gives useful reach when landing a fish. Spring clips with a quick-release function make the tether straightforward to attach and allow the net to be disconnected when it needs to be used or stored separately.

Attach one clip to a secure point on the landing net and the other to a suitable fixing point on your equipment. Check both connections before fishing and arrange the cord so that it cannot catch on loose straps or other tackle. After exposure to dirty or silty water, rinse the cord and clips and leave them to dry. The tether is intended to retain fishing equipment rather than to lift or pull the landing net.
