FFGene Tungsten Slotted Bright Beads

FFGene Tungsten Slotted Bright Beads are slotted tungsten beads for weighting nymphs, jigs and streamers. The dense material concentrates ballast at the front of the fly, while the Bright finish reflects light and provides a distinct visual point.

Construction and use

The slot makes fitting easier when a hook bend resists passage through a central hole. It is particularly useful on jig hooks, and can also be used on suitably matched conventional hooks. Once fitted, position the bead at the hook eye and check its seating. Select the size for the hook and intended fly profile; always check that the slot and opening suit the eye and bend of the particular hook.
