FFGene Tungsten Tubes

FFGene Tungsten Tubes are tubular weights and bodies for tube-fly and streamer constructions. Tungsten concentrates ballast in a compact component, helping the finished pattern sink faster without requiring a long weighted section.

Construction and use

The tube is slid onto a fly tube and can form the weighted front section of a tube fly or serve as a tubular streamer body. Choose the size in relation to the length and arrangement of the other components: the small version is 14 mm and the big version is 25 mm. Before tying, check the inside and outside diameters against the tube being used, then secure the component in the intended position as part of the fly’s construction.
