Hanak Competition H 290 BL Fly Hooks

Hanak Competition H 290 BL is a barbless hook for nymphs and wet flies. Its universal use also covers dry flies and bead-head patterns, allowing different constructions without changing the basic tying approach.

Design and use

The model supports wet and dry flies as well as bead-head nymphs. Adjust the amount of material to the selected pattern: a dry fly calls for a light profile, while a bead-head nymph needs an orderly tying area behind the bead. The barbless form simplifies unhooking and requires consistent contact with the fly during fishing. The bronze finish suits natural nymph and wet-fly bodies.
