Hareline Casters Squirmito The Original Squiggly Worm Material is very soft, elastic worm material supplied as separate pieces for forming fly bodies. Each piece can be tied in at the rear, carried along the hook shank and shaped into a sinuous worm-style body. Choose the colour from the specific variant.

Construction and use

Secure one piece at the rear of the hook, stretch it forward and tie it off near the eye or behind the head. Its very soft structure calls for broad, moderate-pressure thread wraps; narrow, heavily tightened wraps can cut into the material. Add ribbing or small thread tie-off points after the body has been shaped. Test any compatible adhesive first on an offcut, and store this material separately from foams and other soft plastics.
