Hareline Chockletts Live Gummy Skin

Hareline Chockletts Live Gummy Skin is a flexible adhesive sheet with a textured, reflective scale-like face. The thin piece can be shaped to a fly profile and applied as a back, a body side or another scale-textured detail.

Construction and use

Cut the required outline before exposing the adhesive face to keep the edge controlled. Fit the sheet to the prepared underbody, expose the adhesive and apply it from one end, smoothing it progressively into place. If thread support is needed, use light wraps so the texture is not crushed. Trim the surplus after the material has been positioned and check the finish at the head or tie-in point.
