Hareline Wormille Fine
Hareline Wormille Fine is a flexible chenille with a wiggling, worm-like character. It can be wound on the hook shank to form a soft, undulating body, or used in shorter sections as mobile components on crustacean patterns. The material also suits flies that call for a clearly defined, flexible abdomen or body.
Construction and use
Expose a short section of the core for the tie-in, secure it with thread and wind the material in adjacent turns. Use light, even tension while winding so its flexible, wiggling character is retained. Tie off before trimming. On crustacean patterns, separate sections may be tied in as legs or other appendages instead of winding the full length as a body.
