Hedron Flashabou Mirage Blends

Hedron Flashabou Mirage Blends combines two types of flat reflective strands: Opal Mirage and Flashabou. Together they create a layered flash in a streamer wing, with the opalescent, colour-shifting reflection of Mirage working alongside the familiar reflection of flat Flashabou. The blend makes it possible to build a contrasting baitfish profile without preparing separate bundles from several spools.

Construction and use

Separate a small portion of strands while preserving their mixed arrangement, then secure it firmly at the hook shank. Place the blend over the top of a streamer wing, along the sides or in the tail, and taper or trim the ends to shape the silhouette. Keep the bundle light and mobile; add another thin layer when more coverage is needed rather than tying one dense mass that limits movement.
