Hedron Grizzly Accent
Hedron Grizzly Accent is a synthetic fly-tying material with a contrasting barred pattern. Each strand carries two colours, creating clear alternating marks when it is placed in a wing or along the side of a fly. The effect gives a streamer a defined, feather-like visual accent without using natural quills. The material is suited to wings, backs, lateral accents and tails where a regular barred pattern helps break up a solid colour.
Construction and use
Remove the fibres in small bundles and secure them with firm thread wraps on the hook shank. Use them as an outer wing layer, position them along the sides, or trim the ends to refine the baitfish outline. Keep the strands aligned so the barred pattern remains visible. Excessive material can hide the contrast and reduce the movement of the finished streamer.

- Material: synthetic fly-tying fibres for clearly defined accents.
- Applications: streamer wings, sides, backs and tails.
- Tying method: use small bundles, secure them firmly and trim the tips to shape.
