Loon Ergo All Purpose Scissors are versatile 4 in fly-tying scissors designed for a varied range of work at the vise. The straight, extra-sharp blades are made from surgical-quality stainless steel and taper to a slender pointed tip. This construction allows the scissors to remove larger amounts of hair from a hide efficiently while retaining the control needed to isolate and trim a single stray fibre without changing tools.

The enlarged, ergonomically shaped finger and thumb openings provide more room than conventional narrow handles. They were developed with larger hands in mind, while their open shape remains comfortable for a range of hand sizes. A powder-coated grip provides a stable contact surface, and each pair is hand-tuned in the USA to ensure that the blades are correctly aligned.
