Use it for a complete body, selected segments, tags or contrasting accents. At the vise, match the number of layers to the hook profile and keep the material under consistent tension. Wide gaps between wraps can leave unwanted openings, while uneven tension makes a clean edge more difficult to achieve. Secure the finish with several controlled tying-thread wraps so the end stays in place while the remaining body is completed.
