Parachute CDC Heron
Parachute CDC Heron is a dry fly imitating a mayfly, intended for precise presentation on the surface. CDC in the name indicates the use of feathers from around the uropygial gland. Choose it when trout and grayling are feeding on mayflies in calmer currents, over glides or along the edges of current channels.
Present it on a dead drift, taking care that the leader does not pull the fly. Use smaller sizes for smaller insects and cautious rises. Barbless hook.
