Partridge CS86X Universal Predator X Fly Hooks

Partridge CS86X Universal Predator X is a wide-gape, heavy-weight hook for predator flies. It suits patterns intended for freshwater, estuary and saltwater fishing where a very strong hook platform is required.

Design and use

The wide gape provides tying room for bulky streamers and other large predator flies. Its heavy construction and X-strong wire accommodate a substantial amount of material while leaving the finished pattern a clear working profile. The micro barb should be taken into account when matching the fly to local hook regulations. This model is suitable for predator patterns covering freshwater, estuarine and saltwater applications.
