Partridge X3BL Needle Eye Treble is a black treble hook designed for tube flies. It has an oval needle eye and outward-facing points, forming a compact rear hook arrangement behind a body tied on a tube. Each pack contains 10 treble hooks.

Design and use

The oval needle eye is suited to mounting behind a tube and helps keep the connection compact. When assembling the rig, match the tube length and wing arrangement so that none of the three points is obstructed by tying material. The black finish combines easily with the broad range of colours used in traditional and modern tube-fly patterns.

  • Type: treble hook for tube flies
  • Eye: oval needle eye
  • Points: outward-facing, outpoint profile
  • Finish: black
  • Pack: 10 treble hooks
