Pattegrisen (Dna-Marabou) Olive

Pattegrisen (Dna-Marabou) Olive is an olive variant of the Danish shrimp pattern for Baltic sea trout. Use it over shallow flats, above weed beds and in calmer bays where sea trout collect crustaceans. Its subdued colour is particularly suitable for clear water and good light.

Retrieve the fly slowly, with short strips and longer pauses. Give it time to sink and work close to the bottom, without continually dragging it along the substrate.
