Peak C-Clamp
Peak C-Clamp is a bench-mounting clamp designed to provide a stable support for a fly-tying vise. Its jaws travel on two precision guide pins that keep the clamping faces parallel. Unlike a conventional clamp screw, the mechanism does not use a rotating pressure pad. This prevents the mount from walking across the tabletop as it is tightened and avoids scratching or scuffing the surface finish. A rabbeted face registers against the edge of the table, helping to prevent the vise from rocking during use.
The reversible lower jaw accommodates surfaces from 11/16″ to 2-1/4″ thick. This broad adjustment range makes it practical to move a tying station between worktops of different constructions, from thinner indoor tables to thicker outdoor tables. The clamp works with 3/8″ vise shafts and also accepts the PEAK Accessory Post, allowing compatible accessories to be added to the workstation.
