Peak Pedestal Base
Peak Pedestal Base is a freestanding base that lets you position a fly-tying vise without clamping it to the edge of a table. Its steel construction, 6 × 6″ (approximately 15.2 × 15.2 cm) footprint and non-skid, non-marking feet help keep the workstation where it is placed while protecting the work surface. The durable white powder-coated finish is easy to clean and provides a contrasting background against which hooks and tying materials are easier to see.
The base is designed for vises equipped with a 3/8″-diameter riser shaft. Insert the shaft into the main mounting socket and secure it firmly; check the shaft diameter in the specification of your vise before purchase. An integrated pocket with rounded corners provides a convenient place for hooks and beads and makes small components easier to retrieve. A separate mounting hole accepts the optional PEAK Accessory Shaft. This product consists of the pedestal base only; the vise, its riser shaft and other accessories are not included.
