Perdigon Red

Perdigon Red is a Perdigon nymph with a tungsten bead, useful in deeper channels and fast runs. The red variant provides greater contrast, making it worth trying in slightly coloured water, after a rise in water levels or when trout and grayling are ignoring more discreet patterns.

Fish it on a short-line nymphing rig or as part of a weighted set-up, maintaining constant contact. The tungsten bead gets the nymph quickly into the near-bed zone. Barbless hook.
