Sandmask Olive

Sandmask Olive is a sea pattern for Baltic sea trout, tied in an olive colourway on a size 6 hook. Choose it for shallow bays, areas of vegetation and rocky stretches of shoreline, particularly in clear water when fish are feeding close to the bottom.

Retrieve the fly slowly, using short strips interrupted by pauses. A light wave can give its movement an extra lift.
