Sprite S2401 Barbless Dry Matt Bronze Fly Hooks (50)

Sprite S2401 Barbless Dry Matt Bronze is a barbless hook for dry flies and fine-wire nymphs. Its standard-length shank and standard wire allow traditional proportions for smaller patterns without adding unnecessary bulk. The matt bronze finish is suited to discreet imitative fly designs.

Design and use

The round bend carries the body smoothly, while the down-eye creates a clear head area for thread and finishing materials. The standard shank leaves room for a tail, body, hackle or wing on a dry fly, as well as for a slim nymph dressing. Match the material quantity to the fine character of the pattern and keep the point unobstructed. The barbless format makes fish handling more straightforward.
