Stonfo Botton Service Doppio
Stonfo Botton Service Doppio is a lightweight, compact double retractor designed to organise small accessories on a fly-fishing vest. Its two resilient plastic coils allow separate tools, such as nippers and forceps, to remain readily accessible. Each coil extends to a maximum of 35 cm, providing enough reach to use the attached item without removing it from the retractor.
Both coils end in stainless-steel snaps for connecting suitable accessories. The unit itself fastens to a vest or another appropriate part of the angler’s clothing with a safety pin. This arrangement helps reduce the chance of dropping or misplacing frequently used tools, while the resilient coils keep them close to their normal carrying position after use.
A small patch of high-density ridged foam is incorporated into the front of the retractor. It provides temporary, accessible storage for prepared or recently used flies while changing patterns at the water. Wet flies should be removed after fishing so that they can dry properly. If the retractor has been exposed to dirt or salt water, rinse it with fresh water and allow it to dry before storage; periodically inspect the safety pin, snaps and coils for wear.
