Stonfo Foam Strike Indicators

Stonfo Foam Strike Indicators are self-adhesive foam indicators supplied in fluorescent yellow and orange. They attach directly to the tippet, making the rig easier to follow and helping the angler detect subtle pauses, accelerations or changes of direction during a nymph’s drift.

The indicator is easy to apply and can be repositioned on the tippet, allowing its position to be adjusted for the intended fishing depth and changing water conditions. When choosing a size, consider the weight of the rig, the tippet diameter and the visibility required. A smaller indicator offers a more discreet presentation, while a larger size is easier to watch at distance or against a broken surface.

Three sizes are available through the product selector. Each packet contains 20 indicators in assorted fluorescent colours. Once fitted, check that the indicator is secure and that the leader can still turn over and present the fly as intended.
