Stonfo Parachute Rest

Stonfo Parachute Rest is an adjustable support designed for tying parachute-style dry flies. It adds a stable support point above the hook, helping to hold the upright post in position and make controlled, even hackle turns around its base. The working element is made from stainless steel.

The accessory mounts on a fly-tying vise stem with a diameter of 8–10 mm. Check the actual stem diameter before fitting, as this dimensional range does not imply compatibility with every vise model. Multi-directional adjustment allows the rest to be positioned above the jaws to suit the hook location and the tier’s preferred working angle. For convenient access, place the support point directly above the fly while leaving enough room to work around the hook shank. The pack contains one parachute rest; the vise and any other accessories are not included.
