Stonfo Quicklink Rounded Shape Snap
Stonfo Quicklink Roundend Shape stainless-steel snaps provide a quick way to change flies and lures. Their rounded end gives the attached pattern greater freedom of movement, making them useful where the action of the fly or lure depends on being able to move freely in the water. A snap also allows patterns to be changed without tying a fresh knot each time.
Choose the size according to the lure, the required strength of the rig and the desired range of movement. Smaller snaps keep the connection less bulky, while larger versions provide a higher stated strength. The available specifications are size 0 – 4 kg, size 1 – 6 kg, size 2 – 9 kg, size 3 – 18 kg and size 4 – 34 kg.
Tie the snap to the end of the leader or tippet, then secure the fly or lure in its rounded section. Check the size and stated strength in the selector before ordering. Each packet contains 10 snaps.
