Sybai Flexi Floss
Sybai Flexi Floss is a continuous elastic strand with a half-round or flat profile for bodies, ribbing and small fly components. It is approximately 1 mm wide and supplied in a 2 m length. The flat face sits neatly against the underbody, while tension lets the tier control the width of each turn and the clarity of the segmentation.
Construction and use
Tie Flexi Floss in at the rear of the body and wind it forward with the flat face against the underbody. Touching turns form a complete body cover, while spaced turns function as ribbing. Apply steady tension: more stretch makes the strand narrower and reduces the apparent thickness of each turn. Secure it with several thread wraps at the head, trim the waste and finish the head. A short section may also be tied in as a slim tail or another flexible accent.
