Sybai Jungle Cock Substitute - Pink consists of ready-cut synthetic cheeks printed with a Jungle Cock-style eye pattern. The pink finish adds a defined side accent near the head, along the body, or on a streamer, without the need to prepare individual feathers.

Construction and use

Select a piece that matches the hook and the proportions of the fly. Before tying, check that the printed pattern faces outward, then secure the cheek by its stem with one or two loose thread wraps. Position both sides before tightening the thread and making the final tie-in. Trim the surplus close to the tie-in point; a small amount of compatible adhesive can be used to reinforce the finish after the placement is correct.
