Sybai Stick Foil

Sybai Stick Foil is a very thin, flexible adhesive sheet measuring approximately 50 x 200 mm. Cut it into body sections and accents such as wing cases, nymph backs, cheeks or small flash details for flies.

Construction and use

Mark the required shape on the sheet and cut it with sharp scissors or a fine blade. Peel away the backing only immediately before application, then press the exposed adhesive side directly onto a prepared underbody, fly body or wrap. When tying a cut piece onto the hook, use broad, light thread wraps so the foil is not damaged. Trim excess material after it is held securely; a thin finish coat can be added to the edges when required by the pattern.
