Textreme Twisted (6/0) Fly Tying Thread

Textreme Twisted (6/0) is a specialist tying thread made from high-tenacity twisted filament. It offers strong tensile performance in relation to its size and can be used for tying any artificial fly. Its two-ended twisted construction has a practical advantage: once opened, it forms a dubbing loop, and when released it virtually returns to its original twisted position without the aid of a twister. Version 6/0 is recommended for patterns on hooks from size #8 to #18. It can also serve for general material control and body construction. When making the loop, separate the thread only along the section required and keep the tension controlled so the loop stays open while the dubbing is inserted.
