Tiemco TMC 113 H BL Fly Hooks

Tiemco TMC 113 H BL is a barbless hook for nymphs and stronger dry-fly patterns. It provides a heavier-wire option for larger trout and for fly designs that need more support than a fine dry-fly hook can offer.

Design and use

The 1XH wire gives larger nymphs and dry flies a solid foundation. The wide gape leaves room for a body, added weight, hackle or wing while keeping the point accessible. Its matt black finish suits dark nymphs as well as modern dry-fly patterns. The barbless point is appropriate for release-oriented fishing and calls for accurate seating during the fight. Use the available tying space to keep bulky materials behind the eye and away from the point.
