Trout Clouser Fly Tan is a trout version of the Clouser streamer, a recognised pattern imitating a small baitfish. Bob Clouser developed it while working as a guide, looking for a quick, practical fly for small baitfish. The Tan version has a subdued colour scheme.

Retrieve the fly actively beneath the surface, using short hops and pulls interspersed with pauses. Adjust the pace to the trout’s response. The barbless hook helps with efficient fish release; available in sizes #8, #10 and #12.
