Wapsi Holographic Mylar Cord Large is hollow braided holographic body tubing in the Large size. Its finish produces broken, multi-angle points of reflection that shift as the viewing angle changes. Use it to cover formed bodies for streamers, baitfish imitations and spoon-style flies, with the prepared underbody providing the main finished profile.
Construction and use
Select the Large size to suit the diameter of the prepared underbody and the body profile you want to build. Slide the braid over a smooth underbody and leave enough material beyond both tie-in points. Stretching narrows and lengthens the braid, while compression widens it, allowing the fit to be controlled during tying. The underbody supplies the finished shape. Secure the tubing at both ends and protect the cut edges against fraying for a clean finish.
