Construction and use

Use it for anything from slim nymph abdomens to fuller thoraxes, adjusting the amount to the hook and the proportions of the pattern. The body may be left relatively tidy or opened slightly for a more fibrous outline. Work with small pinches and twist the dubbing evenly onto the thread; this makes it easier to preserve a clean taper instead of producing a bulky centre.
