White Legs Orange Beetle

White Legs Orange Beetle is a dry fly imitating a beetle. Present it beneath overhanging branches, beside vegetation and under undercut banks, where terrestrial insects fall into the water. Choose it for chub, ide and trout feeding near the surface.

Fish it on a natural drift, without mending the line. Size #16 is suitable when smaller insects are present, while #10–12 make the fly easier to present among vegetation. The barbless hook makes releasing fish easier.
