Taimen Accuracy P Fly Line

Taimen Accuracy P - Fly Line is a fully floating WF fly line designed for controlled fly presentation at short and medium range. Its long front taper transfers casting energy progressively towards the leader, helping the line and fly settle smoothly. Head geometry positioned between a conventional WF shape and a delta profile provides a useful balance of line control and measured delivery.

Profile and fishing use

• Family range: fully floating WF3F–WF6F lines.
• Head: approximately 8.5–8.9 m, depending on line weight, with a long front taper.
• Core: material with 5% stretch, supporting casting control and contact with the fish.
• Surface: a High-Float tip and a very slick PTFE/Teflon coating.
• Identification: contrasting head and running-line colours, a factory micro loop and printed line weight/profile marking.

The core’s 5% stretch helps transmit rod movements clearly to the fly line and maintain contact while fishing and playing a fish. The High-Float tip gives the front of the line strong buoyancy, making its position easier to follow on the water. A slick PTFE/Teflon coating supports smooth passage through the guides and efficient line handling during the cast. The colour change between the head and running line provides a clear reference for the amount of line outside the rod, the point at which to lift it from the water and repeated casting distance. The micro loop simplifies leader attachment, while the printed marking makes the line weight and profile easier to identify.
