Taimen Care
This product is covered by the Taimen Care service program, which customers can use in the event of damage or any issue requiring repair.
The key principle of Taimen Care is that we repair the product regardless of the cause of the damage. It does not matter whether the issue results from a material defect, normal use, abrasion, puncture, cut, tear, leakage, mechanical damage or external factors. If the repair is technically possible and reasonably justified, we will do our best to carry it out and restore the product for further use.
To use the Taimen Care program, the product must be sent to our service center. Once received, we inspect the entire product, not only the area indicated by the customer. We also identify other damage or areas requiring attention and carry out all technically possible and justified repairs.
As part of the service, we can repair, among other things:
- abrasions and tears,
- punctures and holes,
- cuts,
- leaks,
- damage to seams and joints,
- mechanical damage caused during use,
- other damage, provided that repair is technically possible.
During the first year from the date of purchase, Taimen Care service for eligible Taimen products is free of charge. In subsequent years, the repair may involve a small, reasonable fee based on the actual scope of work and service costs.
The customer covers the cost of sending the product to our service center. We cover the cost of return shipping after the repair has been completed.
To use Taimen Care, please send us a clean and dry product together with a brief description of the issue you have noticed. Once we receive the product, we will inspect its condition, determine the scope of possible repairs and carry out the work required to restore it for further use.
The purpose of Taimen Care is to repair products and keep them in use for as long as possible instead of replacing them – regardless of the cause of the damage, provided that the repair is technically possible and economically reasonable.
